A group of Interactive Design students from the Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO) in Mexico City recently stopped by our studio in San Francisco for a visit and tour.
Albert Poon, Director of Interaction Design, led a presentation that highlighted our San Francisco office’s history, our values and culture, team structure, strategic process, and examples of our latest client work.
The students asked some great questions, including what’s it like to work at and with startups (always in balance with other clients and projects); what unsuccessful projects look like (rarely creative failure, but relationship and account management can be tricky); and how we do digital marketing (we don’t, we’re a design and technology consultancy!).
Prof. Juan Fernando Donoso Araujo told us that he and the student group enjoyed learning about our work and getting to know some of our people, and they were impressed by the studio space. We were impressed by the students and their curiosity and smarts. It was a pleasure to host them!
